in the last few months, my internet has been out for 3 days straight before it got repaired, then their modem Provisioning system has been offline for the last week, and they claim all that is maintenace. :nope:

although it may be a loose connection/splitter or something like that where the main cable "feed" come in to your home from.

omg are you kidding me Power Level -14 dBmV that is such an unacaaptable power level for a modem it makes me sick to think about it, charter techs are idiots, one day they will tell you this, the nect day they will tell you that, your power level is supposed to be above -12dBmV,

oh ya man, no doubt, a home grade router is buckling under all that pressure... yet you complain about being "kicked" off online games, have you maybe thought about your "ping" times???
some times as i understand it, an high (??) ping time will disconnect you from the server, or something similar ...

alas, if running optimizer programs does not help, calling your cable company, and demanding that they reprovision and recycle your modem is your best bet.
this resets your modem, and will usually fix crap problems that just "seem" to happen for no reason with cable companies. Then, after recycling ...

your going to have to remember that charter is a huge (usually) company in most cities, sporting thousands and thousands of users simultaneously. usually this would not be any knid of problem for most RESPONSIBLE corporations.
