charter is pulling some hokey crap!

Review and discuss ISPs as well (AT&T / SBC, BellSouth, Bright House, CableOne, Charter, Comcast, Covad, Cox, Cablevision / Optimum Online, TMobile, Verizon FIOS, Shaw, Telus, Starlink, etc.)

in the last few months, my internet has been out for 3 days straight before it got repaired, then their modem Provisioning system has been offline for the last week, and they claim all that is maintenace. :nope:

i think charter is dying, dying, dying, because everytime i call i hear some new automated recording telling me that their service is out in some other state, or county. :rolleyes:

charter is really starting to bite the big one it looks like.

(thank god!) now verizon Fios will move in (HOPEFULLY!!!)

P.S. I totally called and got credited like $10 off my bill, which iam proud of..
a little of this: :irate: and alittle of this: :rtfm: . DEMAND CREDITS!!!
