i've heard stories about people getting this work because they use a router, what do u guys think? possible or not? :D

i have cable internet so dont worry :rotfl:

possible, stupid, if you do connect to a game people are going to hate you and boot you in certain games

You can do it. Some people have been doing that for a long time. But man I bet you it sucks. And yeah they will boot you.

many people just use it to download updates and the likes.. what kind of idiot would try to play.. i mean they even suggest in various places around the net not to connect to xbox live to play games using a dial up connection.. it's only to be used to download updates, downloadable content and so on.. just downloading and thats it.. nothing more.. and even so.. the downloads do go slow..

how someone who can afford an xbox360 could not afford broadband in some respect is beyond me.
