for this specific model I would go for intel, since budget is not an issue.

I once fix a friend's computer infected with this virus. here i what I've done.
1. download Avast, Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, you may need to download it from other computers.
2. Install download files.
3. Scan you computer using newly installed applications. ccleaner, Avast then malwarebytes, in that ...

ccleaner will be a good try.
this will clean your hdd including dump files, and other temporary files... Just thinking its like other notification that goes away when I clean my hdd with ccleaner.
