VLC Player is great.. if one media player can play a file or stream .. it's ussually VLC Player :nod:

I love vlc since I first time used it.
codec support is fantastic. I dont even need to download any codec for it.

there is even a remote iphone app for VLC ;)

I typically use MPC Home Cinema but I do like and use VLC from time to time(especially for audio syncing)...I believe the newer version also supports HD offloading to the video card like MPC HC.

Only minor gripe with VLC is the slider doesn't seem to be all that useful when trying to move a video along in very small intervals....It always jumps around too far.
