yeah man.. where abouts in wmass? i live in greenfield.
also i use my cable for online games and when my ping is just as high as a 56k it makes me angry. the fact that somtines there is little difference between 9.99 internet and $ 50 internet.

so nobody here has anything on att or comcast for that ...

well has anyone ever had sucess in getting an isp to fix ping issuses? they usually wont like adelphia and roadrunner in maine,... they are having issues

they are definately having ping issuse during peak hours ive got treaerts but i know there is a problem i just want to know if anyone has some inside info... for boston servers i am getting routed from mass to ny back to boston... crazy!
does anyone work for att ... whats up? they wont exactly tell ...

ok i am moving out to a town that has terrible phone lines thus no 56k connects and my current isp attbi does n't have service there.... dsl is out of the question too i belive.

so we are thinking about satillite internet

i need some info on where i can get the service from for a reasonable price ...

dude i got same exact card and had same exact problem, it never worried me much and then it just went away...

were you running open gl and what res?

i updated drivers and that might of solved it, i wasnt very concerned cause i thought the card rocked anyhow

i have cable and i have gotten 40 ping with xp cept i frequently freeze. i do know the max fps for xp in games is 60 fps with out a patch. we also need some specs.
