I've never had this happen before, but if I'm downloading a large file through internet explorer and then close all internet explorer windows while it's still downloading, it also shuts down (closes) the download.

How do I keep the download going without having any windows running?

Theres no way to pull the resources from two sepearate systems on 2 seperate CPUs to make one kind of super computer. just cant do it. you can pull the hard drive like you have done for more space, but that's about it

search google for SPEEDFAN. its a great free program i use to check the S.M.A.R.T. stuff on hard drives and also cpu temps and fan speeds. It will tell you if there are any forseen problems with the hard drives built in stuff
