No word on whether she sat in anyone's chair, but police say a Liberty woman broke into a local home to get herself something to eat.
State police said the break-in happened on Sunday. The homeowners were away for the weekend.
Police say Karin Boyd, 50, broke into a home on Cold Spring Road, made and ate some sandwiches and drank some milk. Police did not say what kind of sandwiches she made.
Police said she left a piece of identification on the kitchen table, which led to her arrest.
Police charged Boyd with second-degree burglary, a felony; and second-degree obstructing governmental administration, a misdemeanor. She was arraigned and sent to Sullivan County Jail, where she was being held in lieu of $5,000 bail, pending an appearance Tuesday in Liberty Town Court.
Thats strange. Was she homeless or something? lost in the woods?
