"View as Web Page" in Windows Explorer on XP - PLEASE HELP!

OK, in Windows 9X and 2000, Windows Explorer allows you to view objects with a preview section off to the left of the object.
For example: You click once on a .JPG file and to the left, you see the preview of the image.
But in Windows XP, when you browse files in Windows Explorer, THERE IS NO ...

If you only need a list of file names, why don't use DOS?

1. Put the CD into your CD-ROM drive.
2. Go to START -> Run and type "cmd.exe"; the Command Prompt window will appear.
3. In that window, change the drive letter to your CD-ROM drive and type:

dir > C:\list.txt

and hit ENTER.

You can also ...

To get Outlook Express you need to download and install Internet Explorer 6 from Microsoft IE website.
It should work fine on Windows 98.

EDIT: If you want to burn it onto CD, you have to download the full/offline installer from here for example (it has about 50 MB).
