Well informed you be, Chris. Very well presented.

Sad that you have to be so, one would hope that those who hold power would have said information and perhaps a bit more foresight.

Microsoft is the modern version of Standard Oil. John David Rockefeller would be proud of Bill Gates' tactics. Sorry CM, but the browsers and OS's you mentioned are a very very some percent of the market. At 94% of the market, the US split up Standard oil.

TonyT,

It is a science in its infancy.

It is much like weather prediction, it is nearly impossible to take in account all variables to give a fool-proof, guaranteed result (Do you think meteorology is not a science).

Do animals speak a Language?

Yes, French.

(Just Kidding)

The verbalisations are often to communicate mood (Amorous whales to pist off rattlesnakes) Bees use a dance to communicate direction and distance to nectar. Of course, we have all seen chimps and gorillas signing.

Fluoride treatments from your dentist will take care of that issue. Mouth rinses, vitamins and dentifrices are also acceptable adjuncts. The risk of poisoning through your tap is a great enough threat to utilize filters.

You should have even more fun striping two of the 15K drives. 36Gig and effectively 30K rpm speed throughput.

More speed than you may need. At that point, the processors are the bottleneck
