Ok a little easier...

Paul McCartney calls this album by the Beach Boys, required listening.

1. Name the album

2. Bonus points....why does Paul refer to it that way...

3. Why was it recorded in mono?

(This isn't that hard....really!)

One more.

When Peter Green was ready to form a new band, he picked a new drummer and bass player for it that were already in other bands.

To get them to join with him, he named his new band after them.

Later, they were to become one of the most famous bands of the 70,s....

Name that band.

Bonus points. Name two other bandmates that joined later who really kickstarted this bands career...

Lets see...how many unfinished are there?
From DIDS

Name the B side to the "Ballad of the Green Berets" 45 record.

The original name of Pink Floyd's Echoes...

Who was Jethro Tull....(TonyT left this open for the younger set who need to study their history lessons better. )

Paul McCartney calls this album by the Beach Boys, required listening.

1. Name the album

2. Bonus points....why does Paul refer to it that way...

3. Why was it recorded in mono?

Actually TonyT partially answered this one but was off a little.

name the piano player in Mad Dogs & Englishmen

- Who wrote the song Ol '55 that was an Eagles hit?

- easy one - who was the Beatles "keyboardist' on last 3 albums?

Sorry TonyT.....I missed that post somehow....

Beatles keyboardist was Billy Preston. So scratch this one. :D

Oh and TonyT....I'll bet we are looking for the same answer on the Les Paul one. :D

Pink Floyd orig name of somng? STUMPED ME!

Les Paul Q? yes, same person!
Did you realize that Paul McNartney plays drums on a track on that person's album called Anthology?

Paul McCartney calls this album by the Beach Boys, required listening.

1. Name the album Pet Sounds

2. Bonus points....why does Paul refer to it that way... My think on that is because of the way the vocal trackes were made using the limited technologies at that time. Lot's of overdubbing etc.

3. Why was it recorded in mono? Brian Wilson was partially deaf...

Ole 55 was written by Tom Waits!

Leon Russel was keyboardist in Mad Dogs & Englishmen

NEW ONE - clue above in Ol 55.. Jackson Brown lived with & wrote the first hit song for members of what band ?
