im running ie 5.5 and all of a sudden i lost my related button at the top?????

i tried to go to view/toolbars/customize but its not there either anybody know how i can get it back

dsl on pppoe,win 98se-amd 1ghrz, 512mg ram,40gig hd ,ati rage pro 32mg vid/tv-out,everything seems allright,any thing here you see i can improve

any ideas on this im using dsl on pppoe this a friend machine and truing to boost speed for her

i have that same card and havent had any probs,also i really like all the features on it, lots of record and edit features and since i dont have a tv in my office,this takes the place of that,i'll have to rate it a buy

one other thing lobo-do you think if i get rid of my current enternet 300/pppoe and go with a router that supports pppoe i would be in better shape

what would be my advantages/disadvantages ect.
just wanted to get some input or if you have some links where i can do some research

i think your right because when i take out one of the two entrys thru msconfig and reboot one neede the other so it still loads sb drivers and when i take out two of two entrys i dont see the c:\ on reboot

do you think if i unistall and reinstall sb files it will take care of it ...

well in msconfig i just unchecked the three boxes which did not contain any c:\ and rebooted,no c:\ on startup,but when i go sysedit my autoexec.bat looks like this mmmmmm!!!!!!

still need to do a little experimenting

all that might work but it really doesnt get to heart of the orignal problem which is being able to edit the file where these six c:\ are and take them out for good

ok guys

when i boot my puter up i notice six c:\ as below,when i open my autoexec.bat file it is not there,but i found them in autoexec which is a ms-dos batch file in my root dir

i first notice them after installing mcaffe then reinstalling about 4-5 times with no luck also giving me blue ...

ok i think i solved this problem,i put a new 300w power supply in was a 250w and updated a few vid drivers and hasnt done it yet

i will give it a week to claim victory

yes my vid is a add in its ati all in wonder 128 pro 32 mg w/tv out and works great but now that you metion it when it boots and hangs my monitor goes in safe mode,dont know why.i will check on bios update.

try the plexwriter 12/10/32 i use it and no probs-fast burns
but i think you can get 16/12/32 now-more bucks though

be prepared to pay a few buck plexwriters are on the top of the line-you pay for for what you get

very rarely do i turn off and reboot unless i edit register to take changes,and it never happens then-so i dont see that being my prob.,my puter is fairly new also,no other known probs or conflicts going on,only happens once in a while,some weeks it wont even ...
