Okay, if I'm wrong; then you'll be allowed to whip me 12 times. But, what are you thinking? The radeon all in one 32meg is basically the same board as the radeon 32ddr. The only difference is the tv. So, a radeon all in wonder is much better then a geforce2MX. You might want to consider the radeon64ddr though. It has video in and video out. Your soundcard as the sound in and out, so the only thing you'll be missing is the cable tv input and some extras.
Look up some reviews though on the radeon all in wonder. It is an amazing card, but if you want to watch TV and use the VCR function, make sure you have enough system ram too. I had an ati all in wonder pro, and that VCR really came in handy, but my old computer didnt have a big enough power supply so it would freeze up on me. I only had a 120watt compaq at the time. Good luck and let us know what you decide on.
i have that same card and havent had any probs, also i really like all the features on it, lots of record and edit features and since i dont have a tv in my office, this takes the place of that,i'll have to rate it a buy
good luck

I Like the idea of having Video in/out, capture, tuner and 3d.
Does anyone have this card? Any problems? I'm running Win2k, but the box said win 95,98,2000.
I know that the GeForce cards smoke this card but compared to the current Voodoo3 this thing would be a 1000% improvement.
I have this card also, running under Win2k. It worked fine for me out of the box (driver 3035). However, when upgrading drivers, it was necessary for me to spend considerable time at the Rage3d forum to learn all the tricks for removing and installing new drivers to fix some problems I had. I now run driver 3132. I don't think you will have a problem installing from the box CD.
One key to proper functionality is to install the DVD drivers (presently 4.1) even if you don't have a DVD installed. Something in them is needed to keep CPU utilization down when running the TV.
If you are interested in "recording" TV shows, my impression from other posts is that better recording functionality comes with WinTV, which resides on a PCI card. In that case, you could go with the 64M Radeon for the main card.
I am running this card as well. I love it. Bascally all the all in woder PCI features at the 4x AGP and 32meg DDR.
I dont watch much TV with it. Mainly use it for downloading MPG's
I like the idea of teh video input extensions. (a 2-4' extension cable with audio, video, and s vid inputs)
I rate buy it.
