Dont switch the lite service is crap.
Your download/upload speeds are like phone line...its crap and plus they charge you $50 to change the service. Trust me you wont want it.

i'll just stick to my connection that i have right now cause most likely the pings are gonna be to high. I sent them an e-mail about 1/2 ago and they havent replied back to it. So it seems that either they dont have any tech/sales reps or they are to busy/or a bad company. Thanks ...

let just say i use mIRC...and 20kb/sec isnt gonna really help me.

Currently i have Rogers (caps 1500/190) and i'm getting tired of the slow upload now adays, and i'm paying $45 for it. Found this isp

I hate Sympatico, they suck....Rogers is way better, thats only if u download/upload a lot. Sympatico has a cap of 5GBdown and UP. Rogers only capped the speed to 150kb/sec and 22kb/sec

I have @home too, and i have been experiencing the same problem. I talked to the techinican and he said that there has been lots of construction in my neighbourhood and that the high frequncy's were coming in low to my modem. So after 5 days its still pending, meaning there never gonna fix ...
