Re: What's up everyone? Relocated
Congrats on the move and welcome to Florida! I too have enjoyed the FB updates. I see you already met some of our native pets!
I hope the storm wasn't too rough over there and you are able to drum up some business for the new office soon!

SSD those old computers and get 'em up to Win10!
I second this! Are you trapped into some ancient LOB application that you can't upgrade? I highly recommend upgrading if you can. I've found that even my old Optiplex Core2 Duo desktop was able to upgrade to Windows 10 smoothly and still runs fine ...

Lost my job due to COVID this week. 5 yrs, 4 months, and 37 medical practices taken live on new software systems, migrations, and interfaces all over the US. Had a good run at it. Onto the next chapter! I haven't been this unemployed since I was 13 yrs old and mowing 4 neighborhood lawns on Sundays ...

A crazy story about my lawn company and what should I do next?
Hey guys, I have an awkward situation with my lawn service company that I thought I would share with you guys and get some feedback. Although public, this is better than facebook for this type of thing.. lol

I used to work for a company owned by a not so awesome former celebrity who mingled with other lower tier celebrities and therefore I've met a few just by being called up to the big bosses office to help with a tech issue here and there. It would often be something as simple as helping a certain up ...

My Windows XP laptop (circa 2006) is still running great. SSD, maxed out RAM, this old centrino is rockin'! Why replace it!? My son will be born any day now. Wifey is 4cm dilated and ready to get on with it. :)
Daughter is 8, going on 13. She hits a mean tennis ball, can shred a sick "Old Joe Clark" on the fiddle, and in 3rd grade, she is taller than most 5th grade girls at her school.
