I converted my drive from FAT32 to NTFS without formatting, there is a utility called Convert that came with WinXP.

You don't have to load the .ccs files and type the entries in all of them, all the .ccs files are are presets that they think work best for the connection specified by the .ccs file. All you have to do is type your RWIN in the box and hit save registry.
