They are the Abaco Islands. They are the (outter) barrier Islands to Grande Bahama Island and I forget the name of the other large bahamian Island. But if you look at a map and you see the tiny little specs just off the coast of the large Islands - that's them - the Abacos.

Had a similar problem...

Have one PC connected wireless and 3 others wired. Had same issue about sending packets and not receiving them as well as a variety of other issues. Can you see the other machines on the LAN? Can you access them? Have you double checked "keys" and so forth? Everyone on same channel? Also keep having ...

Is the USB port that it connected to a 2.0? What does your NIC require? I just upgraded my wireless NIC and had to add USB 2.0 PCI card because the USB ports on my PC were not cabable of high speeds.

Just a thought.

If they are doing VERY simple (not graphical intensive) forms for data entry. You will probably be ok over dial up. Hope they don't type too fast (lol).

Citrix is GREAT for grapgical intense apps. Looks so nice! For a ASP business it is a great thing. Utilities that come with are pretty cool too.

Piece of advice from one whose been bitten before - make one change at a time. It generally makes the problems that will occur easier to troubleshoot.

It is a router - not a hub nor a switch. I think you are missing the point. The hub that comes with the netopia is intended STRICTLY to uplink other switches (or hubs). It's a convenience. The local network traffic would only cross the switches on the LAN/WAN. The ONLY time traffic hits that hub is ...

I just don't know much about modems and the prtocols they use.

Just a thought - I mentioned that I was thinking that somehow the timing was off on the script. The way it does all of this is it compresses EACH file RIGHT before it sends it....thus using a good part of the CPU - while other users are ...

If it is not military time which it could not be (otherwise this problem could not be) and when the customer came in it said 2:00 on the hour exactly then never it will always be 12 hours ahead. or the answer would be the next time they take the watch in to be repaired.

I think the timing of the script executed by the plug-in is off. But I have no idea how to prove it to the software Co so they will fix it.
