I'm also confuse with that Registry Settings by SG TCPO.
That's why i'm referring MS Doc & using other software to dealing with "TcpAckFrequency & TCPNodelay".

Like i said before, i'ts Impossible - Because Different TCP/IP stack between XP and 7.
It's not just about Registry but whole OS System Structure and Parameter are Different.

Because different TCP/IP stack between XP and 7 so i'ts impossible "Implement windows XP TCP/IP settings on windows 7".

But u could try this one
Reduce Gaming Latency (Lowering Ping) in Windows
and
open cmd as admin then type

gotcha, same problem with me around 2012.
actualy with same software (acronis) but i think the Software or OS it's not the main problem.
i think the Partition Format is the problem, after i change 500GB Partition from NTFS to exFAT, i dont have any issue with HDD imaging - up until now.
