Looking for drive imaging software. I've used Ghost in the past, but am wondering if a lower cost solution is out there and what if anything I might gain or loose.
Thanks

Recommendations on CD /DVD burning software
Just bought a new computer with Vista and a DL-DVD burner. I've been using Nero 5.5 for years. I've looked at the new offerings from Nero and Roxio and they both seem to have many features I would not use. So I'm looking for suggestions on new software.
Thanks for any input.

Well I'm trying to decide between the two. Witch is better single player, multiplayer and overall? I'm leaning towards bf1942 deluxe edition, if I end up with that is the secret weapons expantion worth getting?

Which would give the best performance? The system will be used for gaming and some video editing, it will not be overclocked. Planning on 3.06GHz P4 , 512Mb or1Gb ram, and either 9700pro or NV30 (if it ever ships). So far it's between one of theese boards:

I know that if you post your email address in the form of email@email.com that bots or whatever it is called can get the address and send spam, but it you post your address in a link such as email are you safe from spam?

While visiting a new site last night I noticed they were advertising for some software. Then I noticed that the contents of my C: drive were displayed on in a frame at the bottom of the page. I was using 98se at the time so the C: drive was my "active" drive. I'm using IE6 and Zone Alarm, what ...

Is it possible that downloaded shareware/freeware software could be altered to be destructive and not be detected by a virus scan? I found a program I'd like to try but I do not want to take a risk.

I need to undelete some files and need software to do it.
I accidentally deleted some photos from my hd before I had transferred them to cd. Can anyone recommend any software that will recover them that is free/cheap? I found a program that works but the demo only recovers 3 files and the full version is $400+. Thanks.

With any version of Windows you can do a full install from the upgrade cd as long as you have a previous version of Windows on cd. It will ask you to insert your older CD to verify you are eligible for upgrade. As far as dual boot, just boot into 98 and insert the XP cd, and do a full install on a ...
