I would just leave it alone for now.
Get to know the program alittle (see how long it takes to do the differnt proteins on YOUR System.
BetaHairpins (don't see many anymore) about 15mins or less on a 1gig system Villians about 1.5 to 2hrs on a 400Mhz system. About an hour on a 1gig system.There a ...

I don't really know.
I have a Radeon 64mb I'm running CC on those settings (Asus-A7M266) Did you add the [v-cache] settings? That helped me out alot.
