The WAP54GP is an 802.11b/g wireless access point. It has a single 10/100Base-T Ethernet port and can operate in Access point, Wireless bridge and Repeater modes. Supporting VLANs, it keeps your wireless traffic separated.

This access point can act as a DHCP client and offers PoE capabilities. It supports multiple SSIDs, WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption and 802.1x authentication. You can configure the access point via Web-based configuration utility or via SNMP v.1/v.2.

Make sure to download the 1.28 firmware from the Linksys website to enable roaming across multiple AP's. We wasted a whole day trying to find a fix. 1.24 has a bug that makes you wait 15 minutes to reattach once you shift AP's. 1.28 seems to be OK for the roaming...
