The DWR-117 is miiiCasa-enabled, which allows for creation of a home cloud storage and sharing center by connecting a USB storage device to the DWR-117. Files can be centralized and managed in a single location and quickly shared with friends or family in other places without uploading. When outside of the home, users can still remotely access the storage drive to download files, stream music, watch videos or browse photos from anywhere.
Dual-active firewalls (SPI and NAT) prevent potential intrusions from outside, and WEP/ WPA2 wireless encryption ensure a safe and private home network.
