need help tweaking my 2mb connection

im kinda confused ( sorry )my modem is siemens se565 connected to my wirelss router ( tp-link ).. what changes should i made?

Your siemens se565 is a gateway device, which is another name for a modem with a built-in router.

You have 2 choices: set siemens se565 to bridge mode, or convert your tp-link into an access point.

I think it may be easier to do the second.

okay i just disconnect my wireless router now, and just use my siemens modem, here's my result see if you can find some problems :)

Turn off the firewall in your siemens, and then post another tracert.
