Its not about how do we get old members back, but how do we get more people into the forums in general. One way is through the news items on the main page, and another is through helping the people with their problems.
IMHO, a sub forum for politics and religion would help just because the gen forum would have less hostile posts and would deter less people from posting. But this has been shot down a lot.
I totally agree. Some of the silly comments I've read have caused a few key members to leave. Keep that garbage in a separate area...I guarantee you I won't join any of those political/religious threads....not seen...won't comment.
