My first BBQ of the year... (Pics)

Post by Joint Chiefs of Staff »

I know call me lame but it was just too frickin' hot outside the last 4 months to cook over a BBQ grill. Yesterday it was 101F...nice and cool and perfect for grilling. In fact this is my first time ever cooking from a charcoal grill. I usually grilled by using a propane grill. BTW, After last nights meal I will never again BBQ using a propane grill. Here are some pics.

A visit to the base mess could sort that out quickly. :)

Looks nice JCOS. Weber BBQing is soooo easy.

Hi JCOS

I agree with you on the Charcoal, as the only way to go. I personally haven't BBQ'd in a few years now, but used to a lot. I simply didn't like Propane Grilling either. No taste imho

Looks good Patrick :thumb:
