I did stuffed pork chops this evening, glazed with apricot jam. a foil package of mised fresh vegetables and sour dough garlic toast!

Hi JCOS
I agree with you on the Charcoal, as the only way to go. I personally haven't BBQ'd in a few years now, but used to a lot. I simply didn't like Propane Grilling either. No taste imho
