hello...

i'd like to ask help...coz i'm planning to buy a cam for my mother....but her comp is old....a celeron 533mhz with 256ram...it used to be mine way way back....and she's like into chatting now and she asked me to buy her a web cam....

well, i'm using a dial-up for my internet connection...i'm using a 56k modem....but i'm only connected at 21k whats happening here?

Help!!

its my dial up internet connection....how come when i use my desktop computer even if i'm running on a 56k modem its speed is only 21k...accccccccck...but when i'm using my laptop the speed is nearing 56k whats happening?

i think spybot worked...adware didnt...but i'm still waiting if the error loading would pop-up again...
