but i did not have the trojan i scanned my computer already and as i said there r no symptoms! there's no "explorer.exe in system" or etc!!! I HAVE NO TROJAN AND THEY THINK I DO!!

OMG!!!!! My computer was completely screwed up when I did scanreg /restore, and I couldn't log on to PPPoE! I had to completely reinstall all my drivers, my Photoshop and PaintShop Pro didn't work. And I still can't install any of them! Grrr!!!!!

My video card is integrated with my mother board so I don't think I can upgrade it because there's no slot for the NEW video card! I have Dell, remember?? My video card is only 11 MB of RAM for goodness sake!!!!

Ever since I did that Norton Optimization Wizard, my computer freezes a lot more and no, I did not backup the registry because I thought Norton was trust-worthy.
