Hey everyone,
I tried searching for the answer to this but it's really hard to word it for search engines so I don't find a lot of relevant searches.
Well, here's my concern.
I want to eventually buy a 24'' monitor, but I would like to use my 19 inch as well (more real estate the better, right ...

The beeps don't sound any different. They are all pretty much beeeeeeeeep beeeeeeeep beeeeeeeee and never stop. Is this still a ram related issue?
EDIT: Not too sure about the beeping. When you say its beeeeeep and beep, can you really tell the diff easily? If I really pay attention to the beeps ...

I have a CHAINTECH VNF4 Ultra ATX AMD Motherboard. Im running AwardBios. I searched for it and alot of sites give conflicting info. One site says Awardbios depends on who makes the board, and others give a general guideline as to what beeps equate to what problem. I just emailed chaintech about the ...

Computer doesnt even boot!
I previously posted about my problem here and in the software forum. I figured the problem had to be a hardware issue, and I thought I solved it.
The first thing I did was take out one stick of ram and my computer suddenly stopped shutting off so frequently. The problem still continued, but less ...

Incase anyone is reading this thread for a solution of their own. I think my problem was solved by taking out a piece of ram to test which of my two sticks were malfunctioning. I took out one stick, and the computer doesnt crash. When I put that stick back in, my computer failed to even boot up, so ...

Solution found, I think. Someone recommended that I take out a stick of ram and see how that works, and when I took one out my computer doesnt crash. I tried to put it back in again, and this time my computer wouldnt even boot. I would just hear BEEP BEEP BEEP and nothing, so I assumed it was the ram.

I would not be able to see the mobo because it is usually in the area of my computer desk that blocks the sides and the back. I can hit the power button and it will come right back on. The temps are low, but airflow is kinda bad because of the design of my desk (there is only a little hole at the ...

I'm trying to figure out why my computer automatically shuts down (shuts down as if you pulled the plug and without errors or blue screns of death). I surfed numerous sites that pointed at numerous causes. I tried to rule out each one slowly by doing virus scans, hard drive checks, and memtest86 ...

Computer shuts off automatically
Hello,
Recently (as Tuesday or Wednesday ), my computer has been shutting itself off. There is no warning about the computer requiring a reboot (like that one virus that did that), and there are no errors. My computer will just shut off. I turn it back on and it does a harddrive check, and ...

No idea if my father can get a better job. He works in a supermarket. You see many of those people whenever you go grocery shopping (aka old age and still working at a supermarket).

We deliver to supermarkets, and we have tried to find workers to do this job. We have a hard time finding replacement workers. Thats why in 12 years of this job, we have gone on vacation maybe twice. Even if we were to find a worker, that worker would destroy the value of this route. The bread route ...

This job is really hard to find people to do. No one wants to work 12 am to 11 am. When selling this route, we got like 20 phone calls and all of them did not want to work as soon as they heard the working times. Those who actually came out to see how the job was never called again afterwards. None ...

The business is a bread franchise and hiring someone is too unreliable and would yield very little income. We work off comission(sp) and workers don't work very well if they dont get some as well. Plus the job is physically demanding. It's not easy. When my mom puts on shirts, she is in pain because ...

My mom wants a break from working for a couple of months and the money received from the business can suffice for that time. Okay, I am writing this because my family is in an argument, and they want other opinions.
My family income will be falling tremendously because my mom will be selling her business. This leaves my father's income to be our only source of income. He does not make a high amount of money, and we will ...

Yeah I mean the economic difference. I know in a pure capitalistic economy, you cant eliminate it, but our economy is not pure. Despite not being pure, I don't think you can eliminate it, but I do think you can lessen it. If thats what you meant when you said "no real way to close the gap," I shall ...

Oh, I was pondering something as I finished my essay. The essay talks about who is responsible, but I am curious as to how you lessen the gap between the rich and the poor (more specifically in the areas hit by katrina)? Some sites that I have read suggest a total reform of our economic system or ...
