How are these voltages?

I'm trying to figure out why my computer automatically shuts down (shuts down as if you pulled the plug and without errors or blue screns of death). I surfed numerous sites that pointed at numerous causes. I tried to rule out each one slowly by doing virus scans, hard drive checks, and memtest86. Viruses were removed, spyware gone, harddrive has no errors (although it always runs CHKDSK all the time for my partitioned E drive), and memtest86 passed all tests. So now I am trying to rule out the power supply.

I dont really understand voltage or how to read motherboard monitor5 (program), but heres the image

If you guys see anything wrong with those voltages, tell me please!

Random PC info

160 gig WD hd
2 sticks of 512 mb ram
Geforce 128 6600GT
3500+ AMD

Positive 5 volts at 2.74 heh ya thats a ncie one!

check in the bios too, just to double check, see what the +5v is there

Motherboard monitor has to be reading your lines wrong.

I would look at a heat issue next.

Yeah. I will trust the bios.

Heat was the first thing I ruled out because my comp always runs at about 30-36C (even under full load)

When it turns off are any small little lights still on with the mobo? Can you just hit the power button and it come right back on? You don't have any fans just turning off before hand.. cause a lack of airflow on the CPU will shut it down if it overheats. Also Make sure you don't have a wire pinched somewhere.. sounds as if its shorting/grounding out?

I would not be able to see the mobo because it is usually in the area of my computer desk that blocks the sides and the back. I can hit the power button and it will come right back on. The temps are low, but airflow is kinda bad because of the design of my desk (there is only a little hole at the back of the area where the tower goes. Despite that, my temps only hit 36C max under full load. When I opened up my case, I noticed some of the sata wires from my PSU were on the motherboard. Could that have anything to do with "have a wire pinched somewhere.. sounds as if its shorting/grounding out?" (really unsure what is refered as a wired pinched).

Solution found, I think. Someone recommended that I take out a stick of ram and see how that works, and when I took one out my computer doesnt crash. I tried to put it back in again, and this time my computer wouldnt even boot. I would just hear BEEP BEEP BEEP and nothing, so I assumed it was the ram.
