Hey! YeOldeStonecat, it has been a while. I sort of fell off the planet and forgot how to use the internet.
What I did was swap out my Hitachi 320 gig 5400 rpm drive for a WD Blue 1T 7200 rpm drive in my little 13" mac notebook. It cut my battery life from about 7hrs to 3. I was looking at the specs ...

Apples to Apples comparison. notebook hard drives & power usage question

This is in my 13" Mac Book Pro (new style). If I take a 320Gig 5400 RPM drive and replace it with a 1T 5400 RPM drive will this effect the power usage? Same brand of hard drives, just a larger size, I had switched to a 7200 but my battery life has been allmost cut in half, I know that the speed of ...

Notebook bag for 17" w/ gaming gear?

Hi everyone,
I have gotten myself a new 17" notebook and I am having trouble finding a nice bag to keep it in. I have been looking at the Alianware Orion but don't know if it is as good as it seems. The one from RazerZone is ok.

Buy it, format it, never partion a HD more thsn one, it's faster.

That is my plan later, right now there is no driver support for some of the stuff, and of course they do not supply a driver disk with the system, just the recovory disk, the disk assumes you have made some kind of back up DVD ...

My buddy and I are trying to find a macro & key/mouse recorder program we had a while back. It was called something like A.C.G. or A.G.C. he and I both can't remember for sure. Any of you know what it might be? We use it for running multiple game accounts at one time for an online game we play.
