Both DVD and USB media doing the same thing. You need to disable EUFI in the BIOS and set it to legacy (unless you want to install windows 8 or above).

How do they produce digital 5.1 from the onboard audio 3.5 mini jacks? With these? I have this set up on my on-board Realtek sound card. Basically you go into the control panel of the audio device and assign the different jacks to support whatever it is that you have plugged in (green- stereo, blac...

Disable the on-board audio. Uninstall and re-install your video card driver. Try a different HDMI cable. I hope that helps.

If you have a PC that came with 8 or 8.1 the key is embedded in the BIOS. If you install Windows 10 it will give you whatever version of 8 you had that came with the PC (Home, Pro). I have verified this recently numerous times.

If your current system runs 8 or 8.1 there should be no problem. 8.1 drivers will work with 10 if need be. If not, wait until 10 drivers are released for 10. FFS, if you are having issues, then you don't know what you are doing. We could go round and round. I know it depends on you specific situation.

Just upgrade them to Windows 7 if you can. Otherwise, I am not really sure what to suggest. 360 Total Security or BitDefender if they work.

Came with Windows 8.1. Downloaded the 32 & 64 bit versions of Windows 10. Installed 64 bit on my desktop (activated as Windows 10 Home) Installed 32 bit on my Dell Venue 8 Pro (activated as Windows 10 Home). No product key was required and both were clean installs.

Download the appropriate ISO, use the creation tool https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/downloa ... nload-tool and do a clean install (if you PC, etc. came with 8 or 8.1 the Product Key is embedded in the BIOS so it should activate with no problem).
