It was an issue of limiting the number of inodes allowed to 800. Teacher actually ended up changing it to 1024 since 800 is not possible. Thanks anyways!

Awesome everyone! YOSC you always come to the rescue :) I'll let you know how it goes.

Btw, found the slowest processor (i think). The Intel 4004 runs at 740Khz. I guess I wont be able to argue my answer fully but hopefully he will give me the mark just for proving his only acceptable answer wrong.

Ok Figured it out finally.

Followed the instructions at this website to create the bootable cd: http://www.biosflash.de/e/bios-boot-cd.htm#Download

I have never seen this before. This is weird.

The motherboard supports a 2 pin connector for the power led. The connector that comes with the case has 3 pins. What do I do!? I thought 2 pin connectors were standard for power leds?

Was it upgraded with a OEM copy or a VL copy? Most likely it will require a special ISO to do the upgrade but the CD key may also still be valid for the Home use so perhaps repair it with a Home CD then upgrade it again afterward.

Set static ips for the APs, disabled dhcp, configured the router to match the primary routers wireless settings except for channel, and it works magically. When walking through the house, it appears to switch seamlessly between APs. It's a beautiful thing :)

The other thing you're probably thinking of...."WDS"...that's where they basically act as repeaters. Since you're playing with DD or Tomato firmware, you can get that feature. You end up chopping your bandwidth down considerably though...dunno if that's an issue.
