how to do tracert??

i don't know why~~~i get bad result when i test it in speakeasy and speedtest.net~but when i test it in dslreports the result was 24500/4000

i run a ftp download test and the test result was 3.5mb/s down~~~~but when i run a speedtest like speedtest.net and speakeasy.net the result was 7000up/3000down~~~

hmmmmmmm~~~~speed at speedtest become very unstable, and speed have lower down.

still no change..........

damit~!!!!i thoght i update it alreay~~~there are xxx numbers of update~!!let me do it~~~reply with result~!

no change...............i have ad aware and spybot~~~i did a scan in safe mode,but found nothing.(this is a new machine, brand new installed XP,tweak the system with indication from your reply in my prewiew post)all driver and update installed, so there shouldn't be any craps in it), but thanks ...

i have very good test result in speakeasy, but when i run a ftp test, the download speed went down from 1.6MB/S to 0.8MB/S, it should be much faster then b4. here is my analys:

i been having the same problem~
i have 15000/2000,i found out that my upload speed is very slow(140k)~~and this is not the number it said in my servers spec~~i did a speakeasy speed test~~and other speed test too~~my download speed is ok~~only the upload is still between 100-150~~~ can't someone ...

it was 10000/1000~~now i have 15000/2000~~~but my upload speed is under 200~~i don't know why~~plz give me a new setting of tpc optimizer~here is my analizis~thk~!

in speed test i can get around 8800/800~~pretty fast~~~but i am no happy with the speed of loading wedpage,i feel faster before when i was using 1500/300dsl~~~here is my new ana:
