i have very good test result in speakeasy, but when i run a ftp test, the download speed went down from 1.6MB/S to 0.8MB/S, it should be much faster then b4. here is my analys:

Custom settings - check
Modify All Network Adapters - check
network adapter selection - your NIC
MTU - 1500
TTL - 64
TCP Receive Window - 513920
MTU Discovery - Yes
Black Hole Detect - No
Selective Acks - Yes
Max Duplicate ACKs - 2
TCP 1323 Options:
Windows Scaling - checked
Timestamps - uncheck
Advanced Settings tab:
Max Connections per Server - 10
Max Connections per 1.0 Server - 20
LocalPriority - 1
Host Priority - 1
DNSPriority - 1
NetbtPriority - 1
Lan Browsing speedup - optimized
QoS: NonBestEffortLimit - 0
ToS: DisableUserTOSSetting - 0

hmmm~~still no change, but i think is the problem of my machine.
amd sempron 2600+
512 + 256 ddr RAM
old PCchip MB
2 years running nonstop
i am getting new parts(amd althrons 64 x2 4200,1 gb ddr2 RAM, Nforces 590 MB)) to form a new machine this monday, i will apply this tweak again, and will see the download speed go up to 2.5mb/s or not, right now the dl speed is even lower then b4. thanks anyway.
