With the plug-and-play design, ZyXEL's VoIP Gateway Series is easy to install by the end user saving ISP installation costs. By simply plugging the Ethernet cable into the VoIP gateway and connecting it to a regular phone, users can easily take advantage of subscribed VoIP services such as caller ID, call waiting, call holding/resuming, call transferring, call forwarding, 3-way conference and lifeline, among others.
In addition to the integrated routing functionality, ZyXEL's VoIP gateway supports various voice codecs, such as G.711, G.723.1, G.726 and G.729A/B to ensure audio transmission quality.
