details: ADSL2+ Wireless Broadband Router with VoIP Gateway
hardware type: VoIP Gateway
date added: 2010-02-04
updated: 2013-04-15
The NB9WMAXX is a wireless ADSL2+ router with one RJ-11 WAN port, four 10/100Base-T LAN ports, two FXS ports for VoIP and a single FXO port.

The integrated access point complies with IEEE 802.11b/g standards, providing wireless transmission speeds of up to 54Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA wireless encryption and uses WMM (QoS) to prioritize the traffic over the network.

The NB9WMAXX supports a variety of VoIP features, such as Caller ID, Call Waiting and Echo Cancellation.

This router provides VPN pass-through for IPSec, L2TP and PPTP. A built-in SPI firewall protects the network against hackers and Denial of Service (DoS) attacks.
