The F5D7231-4 is a wireless router with a single 10/100Base-T WAN port and four 10/100Base-T LAN ports.

The integrated access point complies with the IEEE 802.11b/g standards. Using "G Plus" technology, it provides wireless transmission speeds of up to 108Mbps. It supports WEP and WPA/WPA2 wireless encryption.

No customer support what so ever.
Incompetent customer service providers.
