The Touchstone TM402G is a DOCSIS 2.0 and PacketCable 1.0 compliant VoIP cable gateway. It has one 10/100Base-T LAN port, 2 FXS ports for VoIP and a single USB 1.1 port for connecting client PCs. The TM402G includes an integrated lithium-ion battery back-up capability that helps guarantee continued service of up to 8 hours during an extended power outage.

The router supports a variety of VoIP features, such as caller ID, call waiting and 3-way conferencing.

The TM402G can be configured via Web-based configuration utility.
