This model has FW issues which has been recognized by Arris/Intel:

Also "The SB6190 enables channel bonding of up to 32 downstream channels and 8 upstream channels, which provide download speeds up to 1.4 Gbps." is false since the WAN port connector speed rating is 1000Mb, 1.4Gb puts this over the max speed limit of the 1000Mb wan port. Anything 1000Mb and over speed rating wise needs a 10Gb WAN/LAN port connection.

Most cable modems with Intel's Puma 6 chip sets are effected. Users may want to contact there modem Mfrs if they are having problems with effected modems.
