1105 udp applications HP StorageWorks Storage Mirroring (SWSM) software is vulnerable to a stack-based buffer overflow, caused by improper bounds checking by the DoubleTake.exe process when handling authentication requests. By sending an encoded authentication request to TCP ports 1100, 1106 and UDP port 1105, a remote attacker could overflow a buffer and execute arbitrary code on the system or cause the application to crash.
