I have so many credit cards that I forget which banks give me credit.

Fortunately, all but three of them are put away in a safe. :D

Most times credit apps are declined because of lack of credit. ;)

And that is how I stay debit free. ;)

I have the credit cards but only put a small payment on each every month or so to keep them alive..say around $30 or so and pay it right off. My credit report is fabulous. :D

the first bank I applied to (you can get credit cards from banks as they are the agents for the cards) denied me because I had lack of credit refference and I called-in in person to do the sign up. Don't know why, but I thought I was really going to get it, because of how cheerful the guy on the other side of the phone was. Maybe that's their trick, then when I called a week later, boom, denied lack of credit refference! They told me to get a charge card from like the Bay! Since when did I start shopping at the bay?!?!

But as soon as they denied me, I applied with another bank on-line and it was great!! I called in today and they told me I was approved and the lady on the other end was even nicer! :D Answered all my questions!

Ive had a credit card for a while, but couldnt understand why they wouldnt up the limit, finally last week i went into the bank, and they told me it was set up as a student visa, i laughed and told them I make $75000 a year and you wont up my limit more than $500 now I finally know why. They cancelled the card and now I got a nice new card with a $10000 limit, I better be careful with this one :)
