i heard theres software to do that, and change your download and upload....i'm really serious....i saw it in a forum and it had a faq everything, plz tell me its possible but i think its possible with a motorola modem adn something else...not sure,
anyway like to c what you guys think on the matter and if its worth lookin into ;)
