How do u put and image on the form? I see the image button but from there what do u type in? It is of my processes running.

What do you mean put and image on a form? You mean adding an image to the post?
First you gotta get a site that will host the image:
http://www.ranchoweb.com
Upload the image to that site. Once it's uploaded, you click on the image's addy, it'll come up in windows. You copy the addy, then in the img tag, you paste the addy, click ok, that's it.
