SO my MSI Gf3Ti200 is currently at 200 / 444 and I want to push it just a litttle bit higher, stock cooling 300 watt PS aopen HQ45 with these stats

Power Supply: 300/ 250W ATX, UL/CSA/CE/VDE/S/D/N/ FI/FCC /DoC certified
I dont want to heat it up and definatly do not want to raise the temp too much..how much more should i go!

If you're wanting to push the card, then you'll most likely need better cooling on it than it already has. Overclocking damages the card over time anyway in the sense that it shortens the lifespan of the components, and since it's an older Ti200 I wouldn't sweat it too much.
I added this kit to my Ti4200 and got well over Ti4600 core speed and nearly as fast as a memory clock:

Granted, it's $45.00 which may be too much of an investment in a Ti200, but you might also try mounting a fan in the side of the case where it blows directly onto the card.

My crap Pine GF3ti200 default clocks are 175/400 i clocked to 245/495 stock cooling....any higher and i started getting artifacts and snow but it aint damaged it...maybe just reduced its life span a bit tho....lol
