Oh how I wish I could make a video for this in flash 5.. Anyway.
Ooohhh..

Silence embrace me tonight..

My heart aches, and I don't know what to do..

I want to change the world for you my dear..

The sun brings in the times that we have to deal with on this earth and I know that that there will be some times that you don't want to.. go on..

You must try, you must go, you must hope, you must sing to the world and bring them peace.

Now is the time.. you must rise above them.. all of them.

Don't give up the fight too fast, you don't know how long you'll last, I have hope and faith in you, show me now what you can do..

(Spoken) The fight begins.

Feel the blood rushing through your vains, look at all who you've given pain, look at all that you have done, look now at the rising sun..

It's done.

Can you feel it? [x7]

In your blood?
There's a lot of empty space in there.. (about 1:20 total), but that is where things got too.. crowded.. to try to sing with. At least IMHO.
So trade that typical for something colorful, and if it's crazy live a little crazy!

Wow...I too am amazed...this one needs lyrics..

Wonderful job! And for those that don't get it..this takes a ton of work. Thumbs up. :)
The tools of conquest do not necessarily come with bombs and explosions and fallout. There are weapons that are simply thoughts, attitudes, and prejudices to be found only in the minds of men. For the record, prejudices can kill and suspicion can destroy and a thoughtless, frightened search for a scapegoat has a fallout all of its own for the children and the children yet unborn and the pity of it is that these things cannot be confined to the Twilight Zone.

I personally like forsaken better, but again, a flawless tune. The beat has a familiar ring to it.

Unholy MFing cow!!!! *bows* I love the dynamics of this one. EA, why don't you learn how to play real drums? I mean, you definately know how to create a nice drumtrack. I couldn't tell you what to do better, and if you could do this in realtime... OMFG!

You Owe Dee... find some good musicians in your neighborhood and start making those millions!!!! *LOL* A friend of mine pointed something out to me that slipped by me... you've developed your own unique style, don't ever lose it!!! Indeed, one can immediately recognize its you on the guitars if familiar with your previous works.

Paft... sing those lyrics :)

This is your best effort to date, IMO. Your sound is really maturing and coming together nicely!

The tune has variety. The chord change at 0:32 made me cock my head a little, but the song as a whole is very good.

You are going in the right direction with this.

Thanks all for the feedback...we appreciate it greatly.

EA...can't you whip up some flash for all this stuff?

Ya know...when I listen to these songs a day or two later, I always say to myself..."self...how in the hell are you gonna do that live lol" lol... :D

Now I gotta do two things.....review like 300 songs on garageband.com so that I can upload some of this stuff and then I have to send off a mic to SoC. ;)

so what do you have for me now EA?

this last song was the most difficult timewise...I have popeye forearms from all the odd picking and whatnot...you really beat the hell out of me with this one dude. :D

Definitely another notch better than the last tune. A gentle, sauntering tune that starts a slow crescendo and then WHAM! It explodes into fury. The chord change at :32 approx that Ghost mentioned also caught my attention, and I like that. You kind of almost expect one chord change and get another. Awesome!

One critical point: The guitar solo starts getting real weak at approx 1:50 as it's ending. We're you getting tired? It just loses energy at that point, IMO.

The guitar is getting weak because I'm hoping that the vocals will kick in and I don't want to step on them....that is why the last few bars of the clean intro only have the rhythm...so that SoC or whoever can lay down some vocals and be heard...we are a pretty unselfish bunch aren't we? :D

All the songs we make are created with hopes that SoC will add in vocals......

I know how to play the drums pretty well. I was able to play as soon as I picked up a drum stick, keeping a beat is another story...lol but I could play. When I had my band ( Infernal Regions) I played guitar and occasionaly we'd trade off intruments and I always jumped on the drums.. after a couple months my drummer wouldn't let me play them no more...lmao... it was all good and fun as hell.

Thanks for the compliments guys.... I enjoy your feedback as much as I enjoy making the beats ;) :D
