Run TCP/IP Analyzer and post your settings here.
Remember to cut out your ip info on top of the table.
79% Loss worries me.. even coming from DSLR.

=) Goodbye Rogers!
Well I think I'm gonna get rid of Rogers now, had to say I've been more than a patient customer. I think I'll go with AEI's 3.5mb DSL and hope that works out good. I think SpeedGuide needs a ISP Flamming thread in their forums so people like me can warn others not to use ROGERS@Crap!
I noticed a lot of people who are complaining usually are using Rogers. Well I wish ya'll luck cuz I give up

Run TCP/IP Analyzer and post your settings here.
TCP options string = 020405b40103030001010402
MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.
MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which equals MSS.
Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 37960
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 0 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 37960
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
128480 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 2)
64240 (MSS x 44)
bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 1518.4 kbps (189.8 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 607.36 kbps (75.92 KBytes/s) @ 500ms
MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON
Time to live left = 47 hops
TTL value is ok.
Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF
Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON
IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000
Bring up DOS or Cmd prompt Type ping http://www.speedguide.net and press enter key, see if you have any loss
I pinged speedguide 5 times. Sometimes I get loss, Sometimes I don't

I apolegize for not replying sooner. Your settings are look fine (I thought maybe your RWIN was very high).
Try powering off your computer and modem for 2 minutes. Then turn the modem on and let it sync, then turn on your computer. This should make a fresh connection to your ISP. Run another test and see if it helped.
Otherwise give Rogers a call..
