I just got a router up to network both my computers, and everything is going well (file transfer, printer sharing, internet, etc.). The last thing I wanted to test was local multiplayer gaming ability.
So naturally, I went back to find an easy to play, fun game and i thought of Quake 3....it worked fine on my newer computer (Win XP, Piv 1.8 GHz) but when I attempt to run it on my old computer (Piii 450MHz, Win ME), I get an error with opening OpenGl....!
I thought the video card (Nvidia TNT 16Mb) on the old computer should have come with the proper drivers, but there was an obvious problem....
I went to opengl.org and found little help, since i don't know whether to download the drivers (which are apparently only for win95) or glSetup which is an 88Meg file that i don't want to waste time on...
I know this maybe stupid, but I need help, i need to know what to do!! thanks
