Where in gods name can you download microsoft virtual machine i had to reformat and now microsoft says they don't carry it anymore

I'm having problems with this too. I just installed winXP again and i cant download java VM. Using windows update, and its not coming up as an option to get? Whats going on?

java.sun.com..there's a java plugin...installs via activex
