please explain??

I found this new site(at least for me )

It referes to several things that other tests,tweaks don't mention. Could anyone,after running it, please discuss,or explain some of the things that are brought up in this test?(buffer size,what it pertains to ,can,should it be adjusted,etc.)

buffer size is the same as rwin that test is kinda like the tcp anaylzer. :D
